      Pros

      good people , except management ! still good customer base which is holding the company over water

      Cons

      all senior management at Stibo are old schoolers and have never worked outside Stibo - no idea how to run a software business today sales organization is falling apart and sales leadership is non-existent talent is leaving the ship left, right and center

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
