One of the main reasons I started working there was the balance they had in working with my school schedule. I was a college student and they were able to work around my classes. The people I worked with were decent and the senior management stayed behind the scenes, so that made it better

Over the past two years they've made large changes starting with going public on the NYSE on NASDAQ. They began to start to care only about business and not about employees. This was a prime example about a company that could've had supreme employee relations but failed miserably.
