If you have a bad boss you will have a bad time... I had a boss who took credit for the work we did together and it was only MY work when the big boss didnt like something. Prior to covid and the wfh phenomenon, I asked if I could work from home on a day I didnt feel too well. Was told "you cant work from home, but you can bring work home to work on... " Can not take alot of PTO at once. They wouldn't let me take 2 weeks in a row, inly allowed 8 business days... how are you supposed to go to the other side of the world (asia) for vacation??! It already takes 2 whole days to travel, and then a day or two to get accustomed to time difference... But when you go to China for work, you are there for 3 weeks and work weekends and dont get comp for it...
