The company itself is nice to employees and offer half off on shoes. It's a mall/retail job so it should be fun.
Cons
Incompetent coworkers who are miserable. Make sure you know how commissions and sales are handled so no one can steal from you. Immature people who get in their feelings when you simply communicate an inaccuracy with them.
