- constant management changes - change of district managers = change of policy - yes, the customer is always right, but it felt like management was quick to through employees under the bus - because of that ^, store policies weren't always followed through and resulted in upset customers - UPT is a annoying. (Units Per Transaction) sometimes its impossible to convince someone to purchase more than one item. it just is.
