Pros
You get good experience and if you have a great time it's even better. The discount is great and there are occasional bonuses but it can be hard to get.
Cons
Regional managers can be the worst. They expect you to be on call for them 24/7 and there is consistent pressure. They treat you like you are replaceable and it can be hard to grow depending on your relationship with the regional manager.
