Pros
The team and management are very supportive. Good, hard work is always acknowledged and rewarded. Leadership has a great vision and offers a wealth of experience and fresh ideas to inspire the team. Compensation is always fair. A great experience for seasoned professionals and recent graduates.
Cons
Things can get a bit chaotic, so if you're not good with managing a tight ship when it comes to your schedule and priorities, you can find yourself floundering. However, that largely comes with the industry. The job does require flexible working hours and, sometimes, a need to respond quickly to communication or an emergency on short notice.
