Pays decently, though starting salaries seem to be getting lowered. Lots of independence to teach as you see fit, as long as you don't get any complaints from students.
Cons
Sometimes difficult to get hours, and hourly guarantees by management are not always met. Hedge against this by asking for housing to be paid for.
