Stern consulting is a company that uses smoke and mirrors to convince you they care about patient care. For SLPs specifically, they hire only CFs for severely under the average wage and leave them in poorly managed buildings with no support staff. The clinicians that are “supervising” these SLPs and conducting instrumentals have no training in doing so which results in poor management of patients cases and long waits for needed assessments.
