STERN is a rehab company being run by individuals who are not therapists and barely know the therapy world. Their only concern is meeting quotas and rug levels despite what the patients are able to tolerate and what is appropriate. They have very poor communication skills and constantly try to trump the therapists that are working for them concerning patient care, how many minutes are realistic with patients, length of stay, time to discharge etc...(the therapists working for them have Master's and Doctorate Degrees and years of experience) which the guys running STERN probably don't have combined. I would steer clear of this company.
