Upper Manager Doesn't Care at all about Staff - Anonymous employee Sterling Vision Employee Review

This company does not value long time employees, they supply very little and expect huge results (often setting up individuals to fail to make them fireable). The owners say they will defend their workers but allow management to act as the please, blaming situations on them despite having the power to change things. The company underpays, and unrewards hard work. With my parting, after only 6 months with the company, I have seen over half a dozen in the administrative office quit and three fired, not counting reception, opticians, and staff. They also continue to expand the company without clear planning, leaving the lower level workers to struggle and take the blame for messes that the lack of planning and good management caused. The company works through two-faced methods, often boldfaced lying to staff about the direction of the company and people's job security. The management also has had many inappropriate actions by HR go unchecked. The company is uncompassionate, uncaring, ungenerous, undermanaged, and overly concerned with expansion while the business the currently have are a mess.
