MSP Company - Service Engineer Sterling Technology Solutions Employee Review

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Sterling. They have a very good approach to delivering IT services, and the clients I worked with were mostly great. This is because the management does a very good job of setting realistic expectations with clients. In my time there I consistently saw management making good business decisions that not only benefitted the company but also the employees. My co-workers were all smart and dedicated and a pleasure to work with. Pay and benefits were significantly better than average. I only worked there about 7 months but that was only because I moved out of state. Were it not for that I would have seen myself staying there a lot longer.

The office space was a little small, but they have since moved to a new location so I doubt that's an issue any longer. I had no significant complaints about my time there.

I'm just writing this review because I happened to see your company car and noticed a new face driving it.

Too many to count but a few would be cycling staff, poor communication, lackluster service to contracted clients and terrible onboarding process built around admonishment of failure instead of training for success.
