Awesome perks at the job like climbing outdoors and testing ropes. Also, some room for creating your own niche within the company.

Some people could be pretty close-minded about new ideas or processes. It was difficult to try to propose new ways of doing things because some were caught in the ways of old and not open to fresh eyes and input. Also, there was very little teamwork going on. Most people worked only on their projects and there was little collaboration.
