      Tremendous creative opportunity in variety of product that the company produces - Childrens, Craft, Adult Trade Reading and Illustrated titles.

      Cons

      Poorly managed workflow of existing material, 'new' management has little understanding of the industries business process, poor communication and inability to empowerment staff to attempting vast corporate changes
