Extremely disorganized which leads to constant and oftentimes unnecessary fire drills. Very little focus on developing people which has led to a high turnover rate. Some members of management seem to have limited experience managing a team which contributes to the disorganization and lack of communication. Inefficient review process which involves multiple individuals doing the exact same review
