Happy yet serious work environment, many perks including 401k, amazing health benefits, profit sharing, and most importantly - growth from with-in.
Cons
For me, I need a little more space to be me and spread my wings, I want to put my own creative spin on things, great career but doesn't necessarily jive well with my personality. I need to stretch, the confines of a cubicle, and fickle management can make it slightly uncomfortable. However, what I have learned in the short period of time coupled with the bonds and friendships built I can honestly say I have nothing but appreciation.
