Projects are joint efforts and teams let interns take on large projects/products. Management is great and direct. Communicating with executives and other team members is fluid. When I was there I had fantastic mentors.
Cons
Not so much a con since I like working a lot, but sometimes projects can be lengthy and pile up on each other.
- Great workplace and work environment, everyone is very friendly
- Even as an intern, I was still able to talk and have nice conversations with upper management
- Usually once a week the CEO orders the entire office lunch and everyone eats together and talks
Cons
- Was told that I would my position would not be entirely sales, yet it was cold calling all day
- Not many negatives, I just wish that I could have had a little bit more involvement than sales
