Good Design group. Good interior designers. All employees want to make it a better place.

Way too much turnover for a custom home builder. Quality suffers when too much work load is laid on everyone. How can you be a custom home builder when you are doing 30 to 40 homes per year. All about taking the money and making money from clients. Change orders are pushed heavily.
