Nice PTO package - that’s if you can get your PTO approved
Cons
Where do I begin. This employer could care less about their employees. It’s all about money money money. The CEO advises the employees in a global Town Hall when asked about inflation and cost of living increase; in a round about way - if we as employees don’t like the pay - we can leave. And well most did. You are over worked and under paid. You are promised promotions and an increase pay that NEVER comes. Management requires you to work whoever they “ask” you too and then want you on call. However they will not work weekends. They deny your PTO a month before you leave and this is when you put it in 6 months in advance and then proceeds to tell you to work while on vacation. They could care less that other employees call off on those same days but nothing is done about that. Insurance is so high most people can’t even afford it and rely on their spouses. Micromanaging at its worse!! Forget about going to HR; they don’t do anything for you. You are expected to live to work. There is no no work life balance. My best advice to anyone applying for this company is DONT!!!! RUN!!! You can go work at a fast food place (which there is nothing wrong with that) and make more money that what you make here and probably get treated better!!
Outdated technology, lack of accountability from upper management, work/life balance not encouraged, too many useless meetings, lackluster organization that relies on "tired" methods to motivate employees
