Stay away if you can as you will be consistently under stress. They love to burdened you with work- expect to work from home after finishing shift. Don't expect raise or overtime pay. They are also afraid of union. This place is for you only if you are just out of school or new comer who needs some experience. Their revenue per person is quiet impressive, however they won't share profit with employees. Expect 2 times layoff per year for even full time employees. This is 10 year old company
