1. Employee are servants 2. Company is a jail. No cultural activities, No personality development. Mgmt itself don't know the culture and teaches everyone 3. Poor below grade management . 4. Poor HR Policies. 5. 6 days working 6. They want employee to come sharp at office time but they can not exit at sharp time. 7. Employee are peanuts for them 8. Lese than 3% hike 9. At the time of hike they finds reasons to stay the hike 10. Dirty internal Politics at mgt level effects employees 11. No AC working . Poor working conditions for employees 12.
