      I enjoyed working at this company. When I first arrived, all the employees, supervisor were all kind and helpful. This company really believes in teamwork, they ensure that all workers are well taken care of to ensure the best performance from their employee.

      Cons

      Working in this field is always challenging, but as long as one is willing, anyone that is ready to start their journey as an RBT can succeed at this company.

      Rewarding field, parents are understanding for the most part. The therapy works. They pay for your certification.

      Cons

      The owners do not treat their employees with respect, and there is a lack of hygiene and organization around the clinic. Pay is low.
