      Every little pros at Stepps

      Cons

      Trucks are junk and break down all the time, equipment is missing or broken. Dispatcher can’t dispatch and management all have fancy trucks to go to lunch and take home. Not enough work.

      I love working at Stepp’s. My coworkers are extremely friendly, they’re like family. My manager is family oriented and they pay great.

      Cons

      Communication can be worked on but someone is always willing to help if you don’t know something.
