Pros

They are 65% of the way to doing REAL, quality financial planning. Comprehensive but not holistic.

Cons

-no flexibility in work hours , low pay, and false promises on compensation - pay schedule that does not incentivize employees to grow, learn, and work above and beyond - lost 7 staff member in 1 year. There’s 18 employees. - think they are the only company doing real financial planning so they don’t learn - owner doesn’t even have CFP - owners and founders scream at employees, called everyone lazy after 3 employees quit and we were drowning - they only notice if you come in early and not stay late - micromanaging. Yet Amy still manages to cancels most planning meetings and not be prepared for client meetings - one owner never shows up to scheduled one on one meetings - new employees are not treating with inclusiveness. They are ignored and not invited to after hours get togethers - never listen to new ideas because they think they walk on water - owners talk bad on employees and rip them apart when a mistake is made - stayed late and took work home and looked down on because I didn’t come in early

Pros

Good benefits, okay pay, trauma-bonding with staff, decent refreshments

Cons

Lost 15 lbs. and years of my life at this job. It felt like a bad sitcom. This job consisted solely of mundane unnecessary tasks with outdated systems, meetings about meetings, and daily negativity from leadership who are incapable of doing any of the jobs they were so hasty to berate others for doing poorly. Did not know who my boss was and was incessantly berated for not completing tasks that were neither in my job description nor ever asked of me before I was reprimanded. Thank goodness for the one financial savant who knows what they’re doing. Hope you pay them well.
