Pros

Employees are amazing! Benefits and pay are great.

Cons

Leadership needs to get extensive training on leading, or let someone else take care of that. Partners will yell and cuss at employees, talk poorly about them behind their back (and sometimes within earshot), talk disparagingly about clients in company meetings, and support a very toxic environment. Also, when the positive review was posted on this site, I was the ONLY Admin in the office. It was obviously posted by one of the partners.

Pros

Good benefits, okay pay, trauma-bonding with staff, decent refreshments

Cons

Lost 15 lbs. and years of my life at this job. It felt like a bad sitcom. This job consisted solely of mundane unnecessary tasks with outdated systems, meetings about meetings, and daily negativity from leadership who are incapable of doing any of the jobs they were so hasty to berate others for doing poorly. Did not know who my boss was and was incessantly berated for not completing tasks that were neither in my job description nor ever asked of me before I was reprimanded. Thank goodness for the one financial savant who knows what they’re doing. Hope you pay them well.
