      Pros

      A solid reputation in the marketplace to build from. The service team truly cares and tries its best to take care of the equipment in a timely manner.

      Cons

      The company needs to eliminate dead weight managers. Some of the regional folks don't do a thing and are empowered to work from whereever they see fit. This leads to them doing nothing, what a joke.
