Pros

No. No. No. Just no.

Cons

It’s hard to pick just one, but if I had to choose, it would be the constant game of tantrum whack-a-mole you play with the “president.” Want to know what it’s like to work with a man-child with no discernible marketing knowledge or leadership qualifications other than his name? This is your place.

Pros

Collaborative, friendly people with a long history with most clients, and lots of opportunity for new challenges.

Cons

Deadline pressures are real, but a function of the business.

Pros

The office was in a decent location and I did not have issues with the people I worked with regularly.

Cons

. Communication between departments is severely broken, making the organization feel fragmented and disconnected. . Simple questions often require being passed between multiple people over several days before getting a clear answer. . There is no shared visibility across teams, leading to repeated duplication of work. . Departments frequently work on overlapping tasks without awareness of each other's effort. . Critical information is often isolated with single individuals and not accessible to others who need it. . The system design actively prevents information from flowing, creating delays and inefficiency. . Even basic work becomes slow and frustrating due to constant information gaps.
