Atmosphere is great, but management needs work - Design Coordinator Stephen Joseph Employee Review

I loved my co-workers and I loved the idea of the company. Unfortunately we were constantly asked to work overtime and it went so far that we got in trouble if we ended up leaving at 5pm, or even 5:30pm (When the day was supposed to end at 5). Most of the staff is scared that they're going to lose their jobs for a small mistake. The overturn I saw while I was there was insane. The management/management style needs a huge overhaul.
