      Organized place to work compared to other daycares I’ve worked at. The director is really nice!

      The pay wasn’t great and some of the employees there were very clicky

      Pros

      I enjoy the close friendships with my coworkers and feel that my needs as a mother are respected when requesting time for doctors appointments. Since Covid restricts if relaxed it’s been so much better having closer relationships with the parents and families.

      Cons

      A good amount of paperwork is required in each classroom to meet food program, STARS, and state guidelines.
