Pros
-Everyone there from top to bottom is super nice. -Pay is good for the work -Very chill environment -Company is growing rapidly -Birthday parties for employees with cake and a card everyone signs!
Cons
-Climbing the company ladder is almost unheard of; in almost 4 years there I only saw 1 person get promoted out despite new positions being created constantly due to the growth. If there were any reasons for this, they weren't communicated well.
