Poor management Unapproachable & rude Little or no support for current staff members complete disregard for clients needs and feelings. Complaints made by staff or clients are not always given any importance. Management don't listen or seek our views on our wellbeing or the clients The Company needs to look at how management interact with staff and clients Under the current management things will not improve Some staff have given up and moral is very low which go's to create Laziness and negatively impacts staff and clients New employees turn up on day one never to return The company has taken on more support work then they can provide. They are now cancelling clients contracts because they say there not profitable leaving venerable clients without any support knowing our company is the only one that covers most of Devon after smaller providers were eaten up by this company
