Step Forward Therapy has been a phenomenal place to work. The therapists that work here go above and beyond for the children that they treat. Because of this attitude, SFT is a place of creativity, support, and never-ending laughs. I truly feel as though I can be myself with my co-workers. I have very much enjoyed the interdisciplinary aspect of the speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists in order to best treat our clients. Through this collaboration, I have also learned immensely from many clinicians in their varying disciplines that work here. If you are looking for a family centered place of work, I would highly suggest Step Forward Therapy. SFT's owner's mission is to treat as many children as possible in our community.
