Great Employees, Poor Managers - Adult Education Instructor Step Forward Employee Review

Been employed with the agency for a few years now, overall most of the staff are quite friendly.

While most staff are quite friendly, some long term staff are stuck in their ways making it hard for new ideas to come to fruition.

The employees here are great but middle and upper management are absolutely terrible.

Overall a very unprofessional organization full of incompetent managers and leaders. The communication and amount of respect for its employees are very concerning.
