1. The management team like a school headmaster. Scolded and ridiculed is normal, to the point of humiliating. They expect fresh ideas, but the ideas must within their framework which is not applicable at all and resulted in a lot of quality problem.
2. Working in stenta is studying in school. Their program centers around learning, and presenting based on what u read in education textbook. most often employee is rehearsing, so that their superior did not scold them. So you end up rehearsing rather than doing your work.
3. They are too theoritical, not pragmatic. \
4. Their machines is not properly maintained due to cost. But they have to lie in order to save themselves.
