      New ownership is making huge investments in people, technology, and locations.

      A lot of people have been here for a while. There are processes for everything and its a little hard to change/improve.

      Pros

      The pay is great for the job you do. Standard 8 to 5 hours with flexibility when needed. The company is like one big family to a certain degree.

      Cons

      To many chiefs and not enough Indians. Upper managements tends to over complicate selling OPE parts and they get caught up in things that just do not matter.
