Pros
The people that work there were for the most part great to work with. Contract work allowed employees to have flexible work schedules.
Cons
As the company needs students to pay the high fees it lets the students get away with a lot of things that are schools would not. This could lead to students taking advantage of the system and teachers not being treated well.
