Pros

Company has turned around and has realistic expectations, decent pay, and steady growth. I am grateful that the investors got rid of that nightmare of a CEO - Ray Carter. That’s the biggest pro by far! That man couldn’t lead himself out of a paper bag and seemed to think he was better than everyone else. People are saying his wife finally left him - I hope that is true. He treated her and the kids horribly every time I saw them. Stemtech has a much brighter future without the Liar-in-Chief in place.

Cons

Pretty pleased overall. Compensation could be a bit more competitive and trainings a bit more refined.

Pros

There are (were) a few good executives. The Chief Operating Officer is really great and he cares about everyone. The VP of Global Marketing was great but he just left the company. While he was there he was easy to work with and he made a lot of changes. Everyone started to get behind him and believe in the company again (Which is why all the employees think he was laid off).

Cons

There is no direction. As an employee you feel like the company is constantly lying to you and hiding what is really going on. The CEO is completely disconnected from the staff and the distributors. The products aren't that good. Pay was really low compared to the same job with other companies.
