      Pros

      Excellent learning environment. A lot of opportunities to elevate. Some of the smartest people I've worked with.

      Cons

      Work hours (10hrs/day) Compensation is well below industry standards and extremely low for NYC. Terrible management. No vision, no improvement, no people skills.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, good people working for the most part, two conference rooms that double as lunch rooms, training's often. Lunch Friday (part of Company Culture). Rarely a day you didn't get to take a break.

      Cons

      Lost CFO & CTO when I was employed and thus lost some business they took with them. This affect the company , even though everyone supported the owner.
