Cons
Salary is far below the average salary for most positions, and there is no ability to get a raise. Bonus structure really doesn't exist, and there are not really any realistic incentives besides your monthly commission. The goals for each territory aren't based on the actual market in that territory, this becomes an issue when you are told what your total compensation should be, since the goals are not attainable you are likely to make significantly less than what you were told upon hiring. There is not a built out support system for the sales team (there is only 1 support staff member for the entire sales team, and that person wears multiple hats). There is no car allowance for sales reps, and the health care plan is not great. There is a lot of turnover and people are constantly asked to wear multiple hats, but aren't compensated accordingly.
