Pays you with Peanuts - Relationship Executive StemCyte India Employee Review

I'm an MBA graduate and they were paying me only Rs. 10000/- per month. They said first 6 months will be my training period and later they will give me a hike. I approached my management multiple times for a salary hike but in return I got only unrealistic targets. One thing is for sure. Company don't want to hire anyone for a long term. Though my performance was really good, I didn't get a single hike in 18 months of my employment.
