Toxic environment with low pay and no accountability - MLT/MLS Stellis Health Employee Review

Pros

If you like no accountability and being able to do wth you want. Coworkers can show up 20 minutes late every day, sleep at their work station and then are no where to be found for 60% of the work day. Goes on for years, mgmt doesn't believe and dissmisses staff when bring up concerns. Entire dept. impacted and continually having to pick up the slack of unreliable coworkers while trying to maintain good patient care.

Cons

Low pay is forcing MANY providers to leave. They ask for a raise bc they work five days a week and cover urgent care, are told No. Ask if they can reduce their hours instead and work one half day per week like other MDs and also told No. PTO accrual rate is the lowest allowed by law, look it up. Also low 401k employer match. Pay for most job titles is 20% less than neighboring health care system clinics. When you ask for a raise, you're told you're capped out but will never tell you the true pay range for your position.

Great management, work culture, and CEO.

Cons

Job is not as flexible in regards to the hours for PAs. Hard to balance work and life. Can involve quite a bit or charting at home.
