      Pros

      Anyone join as a fresher can get alot of knowledge if you work with stellentsoft. Timings also good 9am - 5pm. They only concentrate on new technologies

      Cons

      less salaries. And nothing to say. But we feel as pressure as we are freshers

      Pros

      Here, we get exposed to the latest technologies. I have developed mobile applications using React Native technology. The technical expertise here is pretty good. I have learned a lot in a short span of time.

      Cons

      Work pressure is generally cool, but get hectic during the peak time of the project.

      I have joined as a Fresher. I have worked for 2 years. I gained more knowledge with less period of time.

      You need to able to work with number of projects as per work preference.
