We regret that you had a negative experience at Stellar. Our goal is to create a productive, fun and stimulating work environment. I personally apologize and we appreciate the time you took to provide your thoughts openly. Yes, we have challenges, but early stage startups often experience changes in direction, and some level of uncertainty.
Since you left the company we have made significant strides forward including the following.
- We have a well developed strategy to engage operators and corporate flight departments with value added tools.
- We have a development partnership with Rockwell Collins which has cemented our strategy and roadmap.
- We have a new board of directors, including Dean Donovan and Dave Siegel, with deep industry expertise and an appropriate executive management structure and governance to ensure adherence to the plan.
- We have a very strong recruiting plan to bring in top talent, positively influence the team, and grow the company.
The evidence of this progress is our recent close of a large Series A round with top tier institutional investors and industry experts.
