Pros
Appreciate innovative ideas and get assistance from higher management to achieve that if it is beneficial for the process and organization. Both Ops and HR are easily approachable and take prompt response to your issues. Free and hygienic breakfast, lunch and dinner to all employees which is a great support to an employee who has relocated from another city and who prefer a home like food. Well, I left before completing a appraisal cycle but based on my observation, I could say that appraisal and promotions are always there for the right candidate and on time. No sugarcoating, I have shared these things based on my experiences within the organization.
Cons
Office Politics---I cannot deny this fact and this is nothing new as we will find this everywhere. It happened with me as well but I ignored and did not actively engaged into it for the peace of my own mind. I personally believe that if you are giving your best by adhering all the policies of an organization then no politics will create a huddle in between your progress. I left this organization for my own personal reason otherwise this is an excellent place to work for fresher to groom themselves and for an experienced it would be like an open playground where they can showcased their skills and catch an attention from the higher management easily.
