      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Stellar. Generally good culture with lots of great coworkers and benefits; unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Favoritism; Variation between how diff departments treat promotions; layoffs were really disappointing after being told over and over we had nothing to worry about. Even before that, some good people were passive aggressively pushed out.

      Really great company. Amazing people, everyone is super smart and ambitious. Great product. First class Engineering team.

      Cons

      Nothing out of the ordinary, company is still growing and has the expected growing pains. Pros outweigh any cons.
