Pros

WHEN I became full time on paper after being tpt for two years while working full time and forced overtime, the pay was pretty good. Opportunities to learn different things. Good benefits once things are cleared up.

Cons

So much. I was a tot working 40 hours. Then would be forced to work up to 65-70 hours every week at times for two years. Suddenly laid off out of nowhere multiple times. Management is terrible. There were decent supervisors and bulls here and there but majority was awful and would lie on you or tell you they put in your time off request to act like you never asked months in advance. A lot of miscommunication with everyone. Constant shift and plant changes for some. Cleanliness is nonexistent. Breaks are very short. Rules would change by the hour if rules only applied to some. Known racists and predators in management with minimal to no consequences for them. Bad attitudes and terrible decisions from management. It’s not a place where you get many opportunities for advanced positions under union. No work/life balance.

Pros

This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

Cons

There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
