      Pros

      Because always short of engineers, you are very busy and may have chances to take on responsibility and learn a lot things

      Cons

      Because of poor-defined team structure and less budget for new projects, the development is very tough. You have to lean how to fight for the resources. The company culture changes since French CEO takes over. They try to move all US-Based jobs to low-cost country if possible. Nobody cares about Americans. No job security at all unless you directly work on vehicles.

      Pros

      This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

      Cons

      There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
