Pros

If you're full- time... it's a good gig. Despite what you'll read from others , the job(s) are super easy. The majority of people who work here are completely lazy and conflate their wage with how hard they work; that's not the case. The company likes to hire people with double digit IQs and the 'union' protects them. The union is controlled opposition ran by guys who are 5'8" tops and like to feel important/exercise their 'power'. They're teethless dweebs who got picked on in high school.

Cons

Coworkers are lazy. Supervisors are all young men who barely have fuzz on their peaches. They rarely know what's going on. The 'union' is worthless and exists to make money for themselves while protecting bad employees.

Pros

This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

Cons

There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
