Pros

Some of the people are great Security actually seems to care about protecting the people, the facilities, and the sensitive information entrusted to Stellant.

Cons

Senior leadership (management and HR) really don't care about the employees or about the customers. If an employee gets injured, they don't care if that person recovers or ends up permanently crippled. If someone has a medical appointment they scheduled far in advance, and some supposedly important meeting comes up, HR will demand that they cancel their medical appointment. HR doesn't particularly care about giving employees accurate information about problems with certain health plan features. Senior management doesn't particularly care about giving customers accurate information. If a valuable engineer has been working 80 hour workweeks for years on end, management will do nothing to alleviate their load other than accepting their resignation. Someone who remained after I had resigned admitted that most people at Stellant actually are not happy at Stellant. The only things most senior leadership care about are making profits and covering their rear end.

Pros

The people make the gears turn. The things that are produced or interesting and something you wouldn’t expect to see in central Pennsylvania.

Cons

Management plays favorites. You can be given a negative review based on nothing. They make up rules as they go in certain rules only apply to certain people.
