      9/80 work week, flexible and great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Unionized shop which made it very difficult to make changes or improvements. HR support is non-existent.

      Pros

      The people make the gears turn. The things that are produced or interesting and something you wouldn’t expect to see in central Pennsylvania.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites. You can be given a negative review based on nothing. They make up rules as they go in certain rules only apply to certain people.
